Family-owned and operated for over 30 years, The Dunes Restaurant is more than just a restaurant. The owners, Rufus and Roxie Pritchard, opened this family-oriented restaurant in 1983 and it’s been a popular Nags Head spot ever since. The Dunes Restaurant & Bar is the place for a belly-filling breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Along with the restaurant, they also have a full-service bar, and a little gift shop inside! The Dunes’ sister restaurant, Grits Grill, is located just a couple miles up the road and is also a place to get a yummy breakfast or lunch on the Outer Banks.
